You can order fish, and other products by email. As you browse jonahsaquarium.com, jot down the items that you are interested in, or copy the text describing the items, and paste it into an email message or word processing document. Then contact us and give us:
* The items you want, include the item number if one is listed.
* How many of each item you want
* Your name
* Your contact information
* Your shipping address (and credit card billing address, if different)
* Your email address
* Your phone number
We will reply to you by email with the shipping charges and total. Payment can be made by credit card. Payment instructions will be included in our email.
Hard goods are usually shipped via UPS, Fed Ex, or US Mail depending on the type of items ordered. Some items will require specific shipping methods. We will let you know the shipping requirements when you place your order. If you are requesting a price or shipping quote, please provide us with your shipping address.
Live fishes will usually be shipped via UPS. Other services may be used, depending on changing conditions. Shipping charges will depend on the size and number of fishes ordered. When we quote shipping charges, the amount will reflect the cost of bags, packing , shipping boxes and labor. Small fish orders typically range from $20 to $35 total shipping.

Credit Card Payment -- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. However, we do not recommend sending your credit card number via email. Call 330-347-9275 in the USA. Use 805-492-4726 for international calls. If your call is answered by our answering machine or by one of our people, please provide the following information:
Your name
Your phone number
Your credit card type (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover)
Your credit card number
The card expiration date
The zip code where you receive your credit card billsIf you prefer, we can call you to get your credit card information. Just email or call us, give us your phone number, and tell us the best time to call you. Also, let us know what time zone you are in, so we can call when you are available.
