You can order fish, and other products by email. As you browse jonahsaquarium.com, jot down the items that you are interested in, or copy the text describing the items, and paste it into an email message or word processing document. Then contact us and give us:
* The items you want, include the item number if one is listed.
* How many of each item you want
* Your name
* Your contact information
* Your shipping address (and credit card billing address, if different)
* Your email address
* Your phone number
We will reply to you by email with the shipping charges and total. Payment can be made by credit card. Payment instructions will be included in our email.
Hard goods may be shipped via UPS, Fed Ex, or US Mail depending on the type of items ordered. Some items will require specific shipping methods. We will let you know the shipping requirements when you place your order. If you are requesting a price or shipping quote, please provide us with your shipping address.
Live fishes will usually be shipped via Priority Mail. Other services may be used, depending on changing conditions. Shipping charges will depend on the size and number of fishes ordered. When we quote shipping charges, the amount will reflect the cost of bags, packing , shipping boxes and labor. Small fish orders typically range from $15 to $35 total shipping.

Paying for Your Order -- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards and other methods of payment via PayPal. Once your order is recieved by us, we send you instructions for making payment using PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay for your order with a credit card. PayPal allows you to pay us by credit card by following the instructions on their site. We will direct you to the payment page once your order is recieved by us.
