Use a sharp knife or scissors to cut the old netting off around the hoop.
This will leave the perimeter cord inside of the hoop channel, but it will
be removed in the next step. Take the screws out of the yoke to release
the hoop. Wiggle the hoop, pulling and twisting to remove it from the yoke.
This may require some significant force. It may help to clamp the yoke
in a vice for the operation. Pull the remaining cord, from the old bag,
out of the hoop channel from one end. Look closely at each exposed end
of the hoop. One side has the corners knocked off the end of the channel
where the bag cord slides in. This is the end from which you will start.
Thread in the cord of the new bag, with the end of the cord hanging out
of the slot. This will give you something to pull on as you work it around
the hoop. It's as though you are threading it in sideways, with the free
end of the cord hanging out. Bend the cord 90 degrees, and push it into
the slot in the hoop. The cord will slide in and a short length of the
free end of the cord will hang out and can be used to pull the rest into
the channel. Gradually work the bag around the hoop, feeding it into the
channel, until it gets all the way around. This will also require some
force, especially if the hoop channel is dirty or damaged. Then put the
hoop back in the yoke, line up the screw holes and put the screws back
in. Voila!
